Hamann does the Z4 M Coupe
When Hamann gets their mitts on any manner of BMW, it's safe to assume that a thorough redesign will take place. In the case of the new Z4-based M Coupe, Hamann gave their signature treatment to almost every aspect of the vehicle.
The exterior loses its stock body kit and gains an aggressive new front spoiler, side-skirts and rear diffuser. Two separate spoilers are mounted on the rear of the vehicle, with one sitting on top of the boot lid and the other protruding from the top of the rear window. A new suspension setup drops the body over a set of 19- or 20-inch wheels.
Hamann wanted to provide a bit more propulsion to match the coupe's aero-enhanced styling, so a new exhaust was fitted that increases power output to 358 BHP, 15 over stock.
The interior benefits from a few mild aesthetic tweaks in the form of a new hand brake grip and shifter knob, aluminum pedal set and Hamann emblazoned floor mats.
As with any aftermarket tuner, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and with the M Coupe, it's a love it or hate it proposition.

for the price of this car, I think it is a POS as I will gladely take Z06 anyday over this UGLY AS THE COME POS.

Yeah usually when you combine bangle with Hamman you get what Leo so eloquently puts it- a POS.
But this car is gorgeous and t eonly Bangle mobile that works for me. Then, to my chagrin, you add the Hamman kits and bits and it works even more so!
I'd love one in any color!

Not my favorite BMW model to begin with, and the Hamann mods just make it look gaudy and cheap. IMHO

Being that a Miata is considered a woman's car, wouldn't a gay Miata mean it likes women, and, thus, be masculine?
I don't like the BMW Z4 coupe, but I do approve of this Hamann design. I'm just not willing to fork over the dough for one.

My eyes get tired just trying to take in all that crap carved into, and glued onto, the body. This car just keeps getting uglier everytime I see it.

It just makes the Z3 Coupe that much more classic.

Too many lines, too many groves, too many whirls, too many twirls, in some ways it resembles an experiment by Gaudi gone bad,......on further observance, it looks more like a group of 1st graders got together and decided to draw a BMW.

If one says the Mona Lisa is ugly; one is not judging the painting ... rather the painting is judging you. Same with ANY Z4 - if ya don't like it, you are the direct opposite of Yogurt; ie:, you have not been cultured.

I find it interesting that opinion varies as drastically as it does... I guess thats why they make more than one model.
I find the car itself excetionally beautyful. With the body kit installed it makes it look more street race-ish, and because I'm younger, I am drawn to it. Beautyful body kit on and already beautyful car.
